By purchasing this Day of Coordination Package in addition to the LePlatt’s Pond Wedding Venue Rental, you are able to access the property the day before your event for your rehearsal, the entire day of your event, and the following morning after your event. Before the Wedding:
A consultation for you, as the couple, to get to know us, the coordinators. This consultation also gives us a chance to review your wedding details. Site Evaluation and walk-through.
Confirm details with individual vendors.
E-mail and phone contact (up to twice per week). For a total of 6 Hours before the wedding.
Three face to face consultations (one after the signing of the contract, one month prior to the event, and one week prior to the event)
Create a time line for the ceremony and reception and distribute to all vendors and bridal party.
Attend and direct the rehearsal at LePlatt’s Pond (two hour time allowance). All day client access to venue on day of event.

Venue staff will greet and Park all Guests as they arrive.
Greet all vendors upon arrival at the ceremony and reception site as the point of reference.
Oversee set up of ceremony location by vendor staff.
Pin on boutonnières and distribute wedding party bouquets if needed.
Greet and direct guests.
Coordinate with officiant and musicians; lining-up bridal party and family for processional.
Coordinate transportation of the gifts and any miscellaneous items, within reason, from the ceremony to reception site.
Supervise the setup of Tables, Linens, Chairs, Settings, and pre-arranged Centerpieces etc.
Set out place cards, guest book table, Cake table and Head Table.
Greet and direct guests.
Manage time line for all events and vendors.
Cue the Bride and Groom as well as entire bridal party for introductions, first dance, cake cutting, toasts, and Bouquet/Garter toss and send off if desired.
Coordinate with the DJ or band on music timing and act as MC, if needed.
Ensure gifts as well as any other personal items (cake knife/server, champagne flutes, guest book.) arrive at their designated “after wedding” location as agreed upon per individual bridal contracts.
